Help Our Hendricks County Neighbors

The Lewis Group is coming back before the Hendricks County Plan Commission with another version of its high density subdivision that would be located just two miles from Traders Point and add hundreds of cars to already heavily traveled 86th Street and Lafayette Road as well as discharge sewage into a tributary of Eagle Creek Reservoir. Help our Hendricks County Neighbors defeat this plan by writing letters and e-mails and attending the commission meeting. Read the notice below:

LEWIS IS BACK
HIGHER TAXES NOW

The Lewis Group/Sawmill/Presidential Estates/Foxhaven is once again requesting a zoning change in order to build 699 homes (a large town) in our neighborhood. This “NEW” plan is a repeat of the others with minor changes. The issues of schools, roads, taxes, infrastructure etc. remain the same as well. REMEMBER the Plan Commission APPROVED the last Foxhaven PUD! The Hendricks County Commissioners REJECTED it. Let them know how you feel!
The Special Plan Commission hearing date is January 24, 2006 at 6:30pm. It is essential that we have as many neighbors as possible at this meeting to stop it there.

We need Your help, and the Help of all our neighbors to support Controlled Growth. It is extremely important for all of us to send both individual letters and e-mails of protest to the names and addresses below. Every correspondence as well as your attendance has been instrumental in defeating Lewis in the past. Letters must be in the hands of all members well before the hearings.
