2. Thursday, November 9, 2006, 7 PM, TPAN Meeting in the West 86th Subdivision Clubhouse, about a proposal for a greenway trail in the TP area. I have tried twice to distribute the graphics of the Indy Parks invitation but have had no luck so mark your calendars anyway for this date.
3. November 11, 2006 from 9-11 a.m.: City County Councilor Ike Randolph Town Hall meeting at the Salem Lutheran Church, 4700 West 72nd Street.
4. November 14th @ 1pm, Variance Hearing - City County Building,
The meeting before the Metropolitan Development Commission to hear the variances for Traders Point Creamery will be held at the City County Building in the Public Assembly Room on November 14th at 1pm. Traders Point Creamery is being asked by the City of Indianapolis to seek a variance of use to the zoning of our property to allow us to continue to process our milk into dairy products on site, hold our Farmers Market, operate our Cafe and dairy bar, hold special events, host tours, and run educational programs related to organic agriculture.
We need you to come to the meeting and voice your support for the farm and all that we do here. So to assist in getting people to the hearing we will have a bus at the farm available to take supporters down to the City-County building. The bus will leave the lower parking lot at the farm 12:15 PM on Tuesday, November 14, 2006 and return when the hearing is over. If you want to ride the bus please RSVP to info@traderspointcreamery or call us at 317-733-1700.
If you can’t make it to the hearing please e-mail a note of support to Amy Worgan, Senior Planner DMD staff at aworgan@indygov.org or call her at 327-4970 or write her at 200 East Washington St. Suite 1821 Indianapolis IN 46204.
