PIKE SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION RESULTS

A computer snafu related to the ballot error (incorrect directions printed on the ballot about how many candidates to vote for) has forced a hand count of 2 of the 62 precincts. The Marion County Election Board reported that only 195 votes were cast in those 2 precincts. Given the numbers below from the 60 reporting precincts, the only unresolved issue should be who finished second, which doesn’t really matter anyway. Amazingly, Katherine Ritchie and Elaine Eilers are tied in vote count!
